Is there actually no staff?+
Correct. The entire experience is autonomous — booking, keypad entry, audio protocol, and cleaning cycle. A cleaner enters twice a day outside of session hours. You will not see another human being during your session.
What do I wear?+
Whatever you'd wear to a sauna — or nothing at all, since the room is fully private. There's a changing nook, hooks, and a clean towel ready for every session.
How does the keypad code work?+
A unique PIN is generated automatically when you book. It arrives by SMS 15 minutes before your slot, activates on the dot, and expires when your session ends. No app to download, no key to return.
Can I bring a friend?+
The room is designed for one. Unlimited members get two +1 passes each month. Otherwise, book separate back-to-back slots.
Medical contraindications?+
Pregnancy, active cardiovascular conditions, and certain medications are contraindicated for sauna or PEMF use. If you're uncertain, talk to your doctor before your first session. You can skip any modality in the room.
Cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your slot. Late cancellations use one session from your package. No-shows forfeit the slot.
