01 The idea

Building the room we wish already existed.

Newmarket has gyms, spas, and clinics. What it does not have yet is a single room you can book for yourself, shut the door, and recover without performing wellness in public.

Private Wellness is being built around that idea: one self-serve room, one guided 60-minute flow, and one clear feeling when you walk out calmer than you walked in.

The physical studio is not open yet. The design direction, operating model, and launch systems are being assembled now so the first space can open cleanly when the lease is signed.
